Our Policies

At Aesthetic Training, we prioritize our client’s safety during training sessions. Safety guidelines will be provided by our experienced personal trainers. In the rare case of injury, we are not subject to responsibility. A signed “Waiver of Liability” form is mandatory.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance. Aesthetic Training respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to keeping all personal and health information confidential.
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel and reschedule a training session. Failure to do so may result in a fee or loss of the session. Trainers may need to reschedule sessions with advance notice due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative session time will be arranged with the client.
Aesthetic Training will not process refunds for individual sessions. Clients may be eligible for a refund or credit for future sessions if there are exceptional circumstances deemed valid by the company.
At Aesthetic Training, we are committed to providing our clients with the best fitness experience possible. Clients are responsible for access to the gym membership that their chosen trainer also has access to.
We ensure that our personal trainers maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times. This includes treating clients with respect, courtesy, and consideration, securing that clients are comfortable at all times.
Personal trainers are responsible for customizing training programs based on individual client goals, fitness levels, and any specific health considerations. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly with their trainers to provide feedback and make adjustments to their programs as needed. Our personal trainers will always accommodate to your needs.
Aesthetic Training commits to conducting all marketing and advertising activities with honesty, accuracy, and transparency. We will not engage in deceptive marketing practices or make false claims about our services or results.
